Dr. Lee Stockstill, DVM

Raised in Jackson, MS, Dr. Lee Stockstill earned his BS and DVM from Mississippi State University in 1995.  He joined the staff of Williamson County Animal Hospital in 2002 and enjoys the variety of internal medicine and surgical cases that a busy small animal practice provides.  His greatest professional pleasure, however, is making a difference in the lives of those people and patients he sees every day.

Dr. Stockstill is a member of the AVMA and TVMA.  He is also involved in the community as a member of Forest Hills Baptist Church serving as a Deacon, Youth Sunday School teacher, member of the Adult Choir, and Children’s Choir helper.

His hobbies include swimming, running, and biking.  He has also written several children’s stories about a funny cat with a crooked smile named Mayfield.  As of the writing of this biographical sketch, one story has been published.   However, Dr. Lee, as he is most often called, is very hopeful that one day children will enjoy reading many stories about Mayfield, the cat who had to find his meow.
