Your First Visit to WCAH

For the safety of your pet as well as others, animals must be kept on a leash, held, or in a suitable carrier. If your pet bites, please inform the person (s) who will be handling your pet to prevent injury to the hospital staff. If this is your first visit, after signing in at our check in desk, you will need to complete a New Client and Patient Form if you have not done so already. 

In order to keep the cost of your veterinary care down, payment is required at the time services are rendered. If your pet requires major surgery or extensive hospitalization, your veterinarian will be glad to give you an estimate of foreseen expenses. We accept: Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check/Debit Cards and Care Credit. We do not accept out of state checks.
